GUIDED MUSCLES to
RUN-HIT-THROW RELAXED
Guided Muscles Technique act as Guided Missiles for
sport swings, launching with mental mission control
directed power.
Run Hit Throw with a blastoff. Aim with uncanny accuracy.
Smooth the motion to avoid injuries and remove abruptness
that counteract speed.
Its Mind-Over-Muscle in this coming age of super sports. We were in the dark ages as to what
makes us run, hit or throw. The physics that make us move for athletic swings is also the
techniques that accelerate the speed. Current instructions do not incorporate the exerted force
to initiate the movement no less make it faster.
For running GRAVITY is the exerted force to initiate the movement and also the only force that
can make you run faster. It was confusing because gravity is a vertical force that can only pull
you straight down and that is what it does to make you run. Gravity pulls straight down on a
slanted leg and the reactive force from the ground returning at an angle rotates the top of the
leg ahead of the foot. The jump flattens the rotation to lift you to land on the other leg at the
right height.
It is common knowledge that any object, animate or inanimate, cannot stand still at a slant
to the vertical line of gravity. Animals also run being powered by the exerted force of gravity
to make them run.
Gravity plays an important role in sports swing-speed to keep the muscle power from being
dissipated by being launched from an unstable platform. You know the physics about
for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. Well if the power to move is
launched from a movable platform both ends lose power. To get full power one side needs
to be immovable.
Jack with NY Chinatown YMCA Softball team that he taught his extraordinary swing speed
and aim techniques. They were new to the game and the league. After one week of
Jack being their coach, the other coaches were asking where did they get all that power.
They didnt have it last week.
The JACK OF ALL SPORTS Run, Hit and Throw Techniques are the discovery by
me (Jack Nirenstein). The techniques are how we all use our muscles for all sports
without being cognizant of the physics and the muscles that are producing the action.
Playing sports without precise mind control over our muscles activates the wrong muscles
along with the right ones. The muscles pull against each other and make it hard to move.
It also chokes circulation, breathing and heart function.
It is not complicated to control your muscles for power beyond your natural capability.
For instance by feeling a push between the ground and the hip you are contracting the
quadriceps muscles to extend the leg to hold you up or toss you up. Using the opposite
muscles, Hamstrings, at the same time is a waste of energy.
